I try to price my tattoos at a rate that I feel is fair and compensates me for my time. Even though many people do choose to follow restaurant standards, I do not expect 20%. Especially for large pieces, this can really add up. A tip should always only be a way to show appreciation for a job well done and can be anything from a carton of farm fresh eggs (this has happened) to a signed copy of the Silmarillion (this hasn't happened... yet).
Contact me as soon as possible. Please note that an additional deposit may be required for a reschedule done in less than 48 hours.
If you give me any amount of notice for the need to cancel, I understand that life happens and circumstances out of your control present themselves. I still may ask for a new deposit to ensure your dedication to the appointment and to protect our time investment. However, if you no call no show, this will be grounds for ending the client/ artist relationship. Please don't put me in that position!
Saniderm is a type of a bandage I will use to cover your tattoo unless allergic or placement doesn't allow. Check out their website for in depth instructions!

For your appointment: anything that you need to be comfortable for an extended period of time. It would not be over the top to bring a pillow, stress ball, blanket, snacks, etc...
For your consultation: nothing but your idea! A deposit will be required upon booking your appointment.
I am doing my absolute best to get back to anyone who reaches out to me. However, I am only one person and do not have an assistant or email help. Please allow me one calendar month to give you a response and if you don't hear back from me by then, please reach out again! Sometimes messages do get lost in the mix.
I hope to leave our consultation with a strong sense of the direction the piece will take. If you request a minor change the day of, (ex. can we make this bigger, smaller, remove this element, etc.) it will likely be possible.
If you're requesting to add new elements or make major design changes we will likely need to hit the drawing board again and reschedule your appointment with a new deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable absolutely no exceptions. I understand that life happens and you may need to deal with an emergency the day of our appointment. With ample notice your deposit may be transferred but without enough notice you may be asked to leave a new one.
I get it! Traffic happens, etc. If you notify me ahead of time that you think you will be up to 15 minutes late it is much easier for me to accommodate.
30 minutes to an hour late will likely mean we need to reschedule for another day.
